Adendum to September and October

My husband has found something new to keep himself busy for a little while. He went to enjoy some beautiful fall colors,

See some spectacular animals (aka a tiny moose, and heard a cougar),

and shot a big deer!

Savannah was very excited. She says when she gets older she is going to buy and gun and shoot herself a deer and hang it in grandma and grandpa's tree. Then she is going to skin it and put it in the oven and make steaks. You have to love little kids.

November, so far

I took some pictures of the kids in the leaves by our apartment. I think they are cute. Brigham is munching on the leaves.

Savannah is running back and forth to me and won't really hold still to take a picture.

I think this one of Brigham is so cute. It is like he posed perfectly.

One of the few actual pictures with both of them.

Brigham is getting really good at pulling his feet up and trying to put them in his mouth. Brigham was giving free lesson so daddy and Savannah thought they would try it out.

October

Here is Brigham eating his first food at 3 months old. He is now 5 months old and he eats a whole container of baby food in one sitting. I think it is safe to say he eats a lot:)

Savannah is eating a gigantic apple that my sister's friend gave us while she stayed here with us. It is a Washington Honeycrisp. Delicious!

Brigham is 4 months old here and very tired. Savannah demanded I take a picture of them.

This is my first try at fondant. This is one of the classes we did at Super Saturday. Isn't the cupcake cute:)

Christmas Trees were another super saturday craft. These were actually finished after super saturday because when you are in charge there isn't a lot of time to do your own crafts.

Here is Savannah and Clarissa. We are working on some of our super saturday stuff we didn't get done.

Mitch wanted to go camping so bad he and Savannah had a campout in the living room. It was a little cold at night for a 3 year old and a 4 month old.

Brigham the happy jumping 4 month old. He really fits the saying 'a bouncing baby boy'.

Brigham has learned to blow raspberries.

Savannah and Brigham modeling their Halloween outfits from Grandma Pat.

Savannah's Princess Halloween costume.

Brigham in his Tigger Costume.

Random September Pictures

Here is our happy little boy back when he was 3 months old.

He does like his jumperoo.

Mitchell gets quite bored some days so I bought his some puzzles to keep him occupied.

As you can see these were done in a matter of a week or so. So it didn't keep him busy for long.

Here are our cute kids. Brigham is 3 months old and Savannah is 3 years old.

Here is Savannah and Liam having breakfast. They love having tables and chairs their size.

Aunt Wendy came for a visit this month too. Here are Savannah and Wendy making zucchini bread.

Savannah's Birthday - September

This is Savannah's first birthday cake for this year. She got to celebrate her birthday twice - once with Kristie's Parents and then again with Mitch's family.

Here is her second cake. Does it look familiar? Well she wanted an Ariel cake again and then a week or two before her birthday she decided she wanted Cinderella. Well there were no more cake pans at the stores nearby so I improvised.

Here she is blowing out her candles. Can I just tell you she loves birthdays. It doesn't matter if it is hers or not.

It was pretty warm on her birthday this year so as you can see I let her get out the pool one last time.

Savannah was really good at opening presents this year. She didn't try to play with each one as she opened them this time, she just ripped into each one and then she was off to the next one.

August

Well we started off the month with Brigham's 2 month checkup. I don't know if he looks like a big boy in this picture, but after his doctor's appointment he is officially a big boy. The doctor told me to start lifting weights now. He weighed in at 16.15 pounds which puts him in the 99.5% for his age and he was 25.25 inches tall which puts him in the 98% for his height. And I thought his sister was big when she was a baby!

We officially got a smile on camera. Isn't he cute? The outfit he is in is 6-9 months. It isn't any too big for him!

I just love those eyes!

Can you tell Savannah loves her brother.

Who new that the best toy in the world was a box. This is a cardboard box from our dishwasher last year. It has been Savannah and Liam's favorite.

Here is Savannah kind of enjoying her pool...

And the pool next door. If you can see here on the right she is drinking from one of the sprinklers on the pool. This is our summer fun each week lately. We have a few great kids next door to play with.

Precious Moments

There is nothing like being so tired wishing you little baby would just go to sleep and then you look and him and he gives you a big smile. You just can't help but smile back and talk to him. Brigham smiled for the first time last Friday night. It is amazing how the little things make such a difference.

We are alive!!!!

So it has been awhile since we have posted anything. We'll just say when I have 5 minutes for myself posting pictures hasn't been at the top of the list. Sorry to those who have been waiting for more pictures. I now have a new calling. Instead of RS Secretary I am now the RS Enrichment Counselor. So now I have more to do and especially more meetings. Yay. It will be fun though. My brain has now finally started functioning again so I think maybe I will be able to get things accomplished. So here are a few pictures from June and July.

Here is Brigham about 3 days old.

You can't see it very well but Savannah is posing with her shiner on her eyebrow.

Savannah tucked her carebear into Brigham's bed and then she fell asleep. So Cute.

4th of July outfits

Brigham chillin with his dad. He is about 10 days old here.

We were on our way to Mitch's parents house for the 4th and Savannah fell asleep with her foot up on her brother's car seat. You would think it was a long trip or something instead of 30 minutes.

Savannah got a new bed over the 4th weekend. She loves it and is sleeping much better.

Brigham and Savannah on his blessing day.

Brigham in his blessing outfit.

Cute kid in a cute outfit.

Savannah and Brigham. She loves her little brother. He is about a month old here and already weighs over 13 lbs! So he isn't so little.
